I discovered I cannot take capsules. These all made me ill. They are all going back. Be cautious about supplements. Check with your Dr first,

Doesn't specify type of ALA : S is synthetic & L is excreted - R is the type that's absorbed .. if it doesn't specify, there's a reason .. I'm buying R ALA elsewhere until the label specifies

I received these and the smell is absolutely putrid,as well as aftertaste as they repeat on you.Also upset my stomach ,they are going back

I LOVE Andrews products and take close to 30 a day, but sadly this one gave me an odd skin raised in 3 places on the right side of my body. I do see skin reaction as an uncommon side effect on line. Keep up the good work, though, I love this company! I would LOVE to see MAGNESIUM featured with an education of its part in 800 body function, esp heart & rhythm! It changed my life. MAGNESIUM should be on the list of what everyone needs,80% are deficient,google mag deficiency symptoms, youll see!

When you open the bottle there is a very strong odor.As with all Lessman vitamins, there is no way to tell if they are doing you any good.

I bought this for my neuropathy from arthritis, but it only gave me heartburn. Glad it worked for others.

The first thing I noticed is that these smell horrible. I tried one in the morning. Later I got severe burning in my throat, and I got the odor of the capsules upon using the restroom! The next morning I took another. The same thing happened. They will be going back.

I believe in Andrew Lessman products, but this one was not for me unfortunately. Have taken a weeks worth and have had side effects and may be due to being a sulpher based product and just not good for me.Will be returning item to HSN.

The odor was so strong, not in a good way, that I had to send it right back. I usually like all of Andrew's products.

I have bought this before but this bottle smells really bad. I haven't noticed any bad side effects from this but the smell of the capsules is terrible and I will not order again. I don't want to take a chance that I will receive a stinky batch again.

I used this and I see no difference because myliver over produces the bad cholesterol so no matter what I eat , the liver turns it into cholesterol so I am seeing a cardiovascular specialist who is putting me in the new trial meds that are coming out this year for people who statins don't work on .By the way , I have been taking Cholestarcare for over a year now and that now doesn't workeither. So that is why the 1star . Not that it doesn't work , it doesn't work on me .
