Aiwa 7" LCD Streaming, DVD, CD, FM Radio & Bluetooth Portable Boombox

I ordered this because I thought it was also an antenna TV and it is not. Of course, I was not given a return option, this maker does not do return shipping.THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THAT I HAVE HAD TO PAY OVER $25 TO RETURN SOMETHING. Please HSN stop selling items for companies that do not offer return shipping, I will not be ordering from HSN anymore because it is costing me too much money

Very disapointed..Turned on during the storm..Bad product..Returning after first try.. Needed this during the storm.

I purchased for myself Xmas. I didn't try using until just now. It's garbage. 1st it wouldn't work on battery so I used the cord it barely would. Now it doesn't. Of course I seem to made the mistake of not getting a protection plan

Cheaply made. Instructions useless. Materials sooo cheap. DVD player light and blurry and only plays ads. Cannot get radio to work at all. Piece of junk. No return label. Spent hours trying to get this to work with no success. Because of this, will no longer order any brand of electronics from HSN. Shame on Aiawa for making this and for HSN selling it. Customers deserve better.

I purchased this boom box hoping for a better sound and more oomph. I was really hoping to love it. Unfortunately, I did not. Im currently waiting for a return packing slip to arrive in the mail. Sorry HSN.

don't waste your money!

This was my first purchase from HSN. The product was a gift for someone and was not as advertised. I returned it Jan.5th and still have not received a refund. This will probably be my last purchase from HSN as well.

Didnt work with batteries otherwise good item. But such a mess trying to return it a nightmare. Dont think Ill be purchasing from HSN anymore. Will make my husband happy.

What a piece of junk what happened to quality of aiwa product cost 40 to send back done shopping on hsn will shop on amazon this was such false advertisement about this product shame on hsn

I am returning horrible sound cheap plastic I got nexa instead so much better.

Deceptive sales pitch. How many times did I hear you can return any holiday gifts through the end of January? Nowhere in the description does it say if you want to return this boom box, you must pay for it, do it, yourself! But that is what I was told by an HSN Customer Service rep. The UPS Store wanted $40.00 to send it back and that was the cheapest way to do it! This is not right. Deceptive sales pitch. This is the straw that broke the camels back. No more HSN.

Item was to be shipped to Florida but was sent to MO. I called HSN on Oct 31st for help to ship it to Florida. Customer service rep walked me through the process. On 11-01-22, I called to cancel it because I seen they were shipping it to MO. I was told they could not cancel it because it was being processed which wasn't true because the label for shipment out of CA was done on 11-10-22. Item arrived in KS on 11-12-22 and then shipped to MO on 11-15 & arrived on 11-16-22. I'm done with HSN!!

I ordered this in October for Christmas gift. I called twice because I had not received it. Now its out of stock!

We currently own 2 Aiwa boomboxes & CD player that works like the day purchased.So, I looked forward to this new one which took 3 wks to receive. I ttried the FM and all I heard was static even on the one station it brought in. I had two two USB ports and with the first one, nothing. Tried the 2nd one and was able to get a few stations, but with static. Tried playing a DVD and was able to get the ADS, but no movie. Kept getting a circle with an X. Tried another DVD with same outcome. Returning.

I wanted to like this but its not good. The radio is horrible too. Sorry for the negativity but Sending back.
