Norwegian Cruise Line Sweepstakes - Official Rules

No purchase necessary. To be eligible, an entrant must be 18 years of age or older and reside in the U.S. or its territories. Employees of HSNi, LLC ("HSN"), NCL (Bahamas) Ltd. d/b/a Norwegian Cruise Lines ("Norwegian"), their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates-related companies, advertising or promotional agencies and members of their families are not eligible to participate. Entry constitutes permission to use entrants' name, voice, likeness, photograph, quotes or video footage without further permission.

To enter, go to the HSN Travel Store on hsn.com and complete the official entry form. Entries must be received no later than August 31, 2012. By entering the sweepstakes, entrants agree to comply and be subject to all terms and conditions set forth in the Official Rules. HSN is not responsible for incorrect, faulty or misdirected email transmissions or inaccurate entry of information due to human error, technical malfunction of any network, computer or other equipment or software or any other cause. HSN reserves the right to terminate the promotion and award the prize in a random drawing from all eligible entries prior to termination in the event that the promotion is compromised in any way.

One GRAND PRIZE of a choice of a seven (7) day Haven suite cruise for two (2) on any one of the following ships will be awarded: Norwegian Gem, Norwegian Pearl, Norwegian Jewel, Norwegian Epic or Norwegian Breakaway (which is scheduled to launch in April 2013). The trip includes roundtrip airfare from the winners nearest airport to the departure city. Approximate retail value of grand prize: $11,800. All other costs are the responsibility of the winner, including but not limited to government taxes and fees, service charges, ground transportation, shore excursion fees, baggage fees and any personal expenditures. All reservations and cruise arrangements are at the sole discretion of Norwegian. Cruise must be completed within one year from award date. Restrictions and blackout dates apply.

The winners will be determined through a random drawing of all eligible entries on or about September 5, 2012. The GRAND PRIZE winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release and a W-9 Form (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number) within seven (7) days of first attempted notification. The travel companion of the GRAND PRIZE winner will also be required to complete a Release of Liability. Should the winner fail to submit the required documents within the time allotted, an alternate winner may or may not be selected. The winner and travel companion must have all necessary travel documents and/or cruise documents, including a passport and all other necessary travel documents required for the cruise.

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforcement of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor and its agents shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction. Entrant agrees that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such action. Except where prohibited, by participating in this sweepstakes, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Such jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above my not apply to you.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Taxes on grand prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Void where prohibited. Should the GRAND PRIZE become unavailable for any reason, HSN as the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply. All sweepstakes determinations will be made by HSN and will be final.

Winners release HSN, Norwegian, their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies from all liability, claims, demands and cause of action that may result out of my participation in this promotion, including but not limited to any unforeseen accident or injury as a result of the use of the prizes awarded.
