HSN Social Media Holiday Pinterest Contest: Entry Rules
The following rules apply to HSN's Holiday Pinterest Contest. On Sunday October 15, 2017 starting at 12AM ET the contest begins. Pinners are encouraged to create their holiday wish list. In order to participate, one must create an HSN Holiday Wish List board on Pinterst, visit hsn.com and pin 5-10 of their favorite HSN gifts to their board. Contestants must enter their information into the form on HSN.com (full name, email, URL to Pinterest board, etc). Search Pinterest at HSN.com to submit the board and be automatically be entered to win a HSN digital Gift Card $100.
Winner will be selected randomly and participants will receive one entry only, regardless of number of pins throughout the contest. Chances to win are determined by if the participant pins 5-10 gifts (products) from HSN.com and if the board has HSN Holiday Wish List in the description of the board. Entrants must provide information in order to be contacted if they should win.
Contest will end Friday December 15, 2017 at 11:59 PM ET. A new winner will be determined once a week for a total of nine (9) winners.
Winner must claim prize and provide his or her email address within 48 hours or it is forfeited. A back-up winner will not be selected.
For alternate form of entry, please mail post card with 5-10 items from HSN to HSN SOCIAL TEAM 1 HSN Drive, St. Petersburg, Florida 33729.

Except where prohibited, by participating in this sweepstakes, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
