No purchase necessary. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and reside in the U.S. or its territories. Employees of HSNi, LLC ("HSN"), its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies and members of their families are not eligible to participate. Entry constitutes permission to use entrants' name, likeness, quote without further compensation or permission.

To enter, shop on to www.hsn.com and add your selected items to a bag, or send a postcard with your name, address, phone number and email address to HSN Customer Accounts, Attn: WIN YOUR BAG, P.O. Box 9090, Clearwater, Florida 33758. Eligible bags may only contain a maximum of $200 worth of HSN products. This amount includes tax and shipping/handling charges. Bags containing donations, HPP, Auto Ship items, expedited shipping, or bags over $200 are ineligible. Entrants who fill a bag and those who enter via postcard have the same chance of winning. All entrants must have a valid HSN account which can be set up for free at www.hsn.com. The sweepstakes begins on June 22, 2017 and ends on July 31, 2017. Postcard entries are accepted beginning on June 17, 2017. By entering the sweepstakes, entrants agree to comply and be subject to all terms and conditions set forth in the Official Rules. HSN is not responsible for incorrect, faulty or misdirected email transmissions or inaccurate entry of information due to human error, technical malfunction of any network, computer or other equipment or software or any other cause. HSN reserves the right to terminate the promotion and award the prize in a random drawing from all eligible entries prior to termination in the event that the promotion is compromised in any way.

One hundred twenty-three prizes no larger than $200 will be awarded. Random drawings of all eligible entries will be conducted on a daily basis during the promotion period. Entrants can only win one prize during this time period. Postcard winners will receive a credit of $200 in their HSN account to shop on www.hsn.com. Prizes won under the sweepstakes cannot be exchanged for a refund or store credit. Merchandise won can only be exchanged if it is damaged or defective. The total value of the prizes to be awarded is approximately $24,600.

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforcement of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor and its agents shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction. Entrant agrees that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such action. Except where prohibited, by participating in this sweepstakes, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Such jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above my not apply to you.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Should a winner not be eligible or fail to accept the prize, an alternate winner may or may not be selected. Void where prohibited. Applicable federal, state and local laws apply. All sweepstakes determinations will be made by HSN and will be final.
