Q: Why does my Nutra Sonic not hold a charge?
A: Improper charging. Place the unit on the charger with the brush head facing the cord outlet of the charger. The red light above the buttons on the front of the unit will blink when the unit is correctly in place and charging. Once charging is complete, the light will stop blinking and remain steady. If you do not place the unit on the charging station correctly, your unit will not charge.

Q: The Nutra Sonic seems rough on my face. Should I apply pressure when using it?
A: No. Do not apply pressure to your face when using the Nutra Sonic. Turn the unit on, touch the brush to your face, and let the unit do the work. Do not scrub as this may inhibit oscillation and make the brush seem rough.

Q: Why does my unit randomly turn on and off during use?
A: Your unit is not sufficiently charged. See first question above for charging instructions.

Q: How often should I charge my unit?
A: We recommend charging your Nutra Sonic once a week, but charging needs vary based on individual use. When your unit is fully charged, unplug the charger to store it.
