HSN and Lancôme want to see your Trésor Eau de Parfum memories! Simply upload your original photos or videos (no longer than 2 minutes) describing the people or moment you treasure most for a chance to win a Lancôme Trésor gift package and/or gift cards. Submissions may be submitted from 12:00 am (EST) November 14, 2011 until 11:59 pm (EST) December 2, 2011. A panel of HSN judges will then choose 10 submissions to be posted on the HSN site and which will be voted on by visitors to the site from December 3, 2011 to December 5, 2011. HSN will judge each submission for creativity, originality and how closely we believe it exemplifies a Trésor Eau de Parfum memory. During the voting period by the public, each visitor to HSN will be entitled to only one (1) vote.

To be eligible, an entrant must be 18 years of age or older and reside in the U.S. or its territories. Employees of HSN, Inc. (“HSN”) and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies and members of their families are not eligible to participate. By entry into the contest, the entrant certifies that (a) entrant has complete and sole ownership in the materials, (b) the submission is completely original to entrant and does not infringe on or violate any other party’s copyright, trademark or other intellectual property, (c) the submission complies with HSN’s Community Guidelines (LINK) and Conditions of Use (LINK), and (d) HSN has the right to use winner’s first name, HSN screen name, city and state in any advertising and publicity on HSN TV, HSN.com, as well as HSN’s mobile site, social media campaigns or any other media channel, without additional compensation.

There shall be one (1) Grand Prize winner, three (3) Second Prize winners and six (6) Third Prize winners. The Grand Prize winner shall receive a Lancôme Trésor gift package valued at approximately $472.50 and an American Express gift card valued at $500 (a combined value of approximately $972.50). Each of the Second Prize winners shall receive a Lancôme Trésor gift package valued at approximately $472.50 and an American Express gift card valued at $100 (a combined value of approximately $572.50). Each of the Third Prize winners shall receive an HSN promotional card valued at $100.

The winner will be chosen and announced on HSN TV, HSN.com and/or HSN’s mobile site on or about December 8, 2011. HSN will notify the winners within one (1) week of the end of the game. Winners agree to provide proof of eligibility to HSN’s satisfaction, such as completing, executing and returning to HSN an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release, applicable tax forms and any other documents reasonably requested by HSN. Winners will have thirty (30) days from receipt of such documents to return them completed to HSN. After HSN has received all such completed documentation, HSN will send the prize to that winner within thirty (30) days. Noncompliance with any of the above will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may or may not be selected. By participating in this contest, you agree to release HSN and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from any liability, claims, demands, and cause of action from personal injury, loss or damage, including death and property damage, theft or loss suffered or resulting from participation in this contest or the use or acceptance or use of any prize. The payment of any and all local, state and federal taxes, if any, related to the Prize is the sole responsibility of the winner.

By participating in this contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of HSN. The decisions of the HSN judges are final in all matters relating to the submissions and voting. HSN is not responsible for any technical problems, errors or interruptions in submitting entries. HSN reserves the right, in its sole discretion and at any time, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. HSN reserves the right to disqualify any individual or vote determined by HSN, in its sole discretion, of having been tampered with, compromised or manipulated.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforcement of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction.
