To enter, describe in 120 words or less why you can't live without your favorite HSN beauty product by commenting below HSN's Instagram post in 140. By entering this contest, the entrant represents and warrants that (a) the submission is completely original (b) the submission complies with HSN's Community Guidelines (http://bit.y/HSN CommunityGuidelines) and Conditions of Use (https://www.hsn.com/cs/terms/default.aspx) and (c) you give HSN the right to use your first name, quote, HSN screen name and city and state in any advertising and publicity on HSN TV, hsn.com, as well as HSN's mobile site, social media campaigns or any other media channel, without further compensation or permission. HSN reserves the right to cancel the promotion should the promotion be compromised in any manner. All entries must be received no later than 4 pm (EST) on May 18, 2016.

On or about May 19, 2016, the winner will be determined by a panel of HSN employees. The entries will be judged on the following criteria: 1) creativity, 2) originality and 3) adherence to theme. The winner will be notified within three days of determination.

One Grand Prize of a $50 HSN digital gift card will be awarded. The retail value of the prize is approximately $50.00. The decisions of the judges are final. HSN reserves the right to disqualify any individual that tampers with or compromises the contest in any way. Should the winner be ineligible or is unable to be contacted within 3 attempts to officially award the prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may or may not be selected.

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforcement of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and HSN and its agents shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction. Entrant agrees that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such action. Except where prohibited, by participating in this sweepstakes, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
