Extended Holiday Returns, now through January 31, 2019. Under HSN's Extended Holiday Returns Policy, you can return items ordered from September 30 through December 21 and receive a full refund on the original form of payment, minus shipping costs until January 31, 2019. Gift recipients who make a return will receive an in-store credit that can be used towards any item on HSN or HSN.COM.
Some items are not eligible for the extended holiday return policy, such as personalized products, food & beverages, gift cards, charitable donations, HSN Cares Designer Ornament Collection, and all Sales Final items.
