On line registration entries must be received no later than October 23, 2008. A purchase does not increase an entrant’s chance of winning. By entering the sweepstakes, entrants agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these Official Rules. HSN is not responsible for incorrect, faulty or misdirected email transmissions or inaccurate entry of information due to human error, technical malfunction of any network, computer or other equipment or software or any other cause. The approximate retail value of the prizes to be awarded is $8249.00.
On October 25, 2008, a random drawing from all eligible entries will be conducted to determine the winner. The winner will be notified by phone or mail or other expedited delivery service within 2 days of the drawing. All winners must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release and a Form W-9 (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification) within 7 days of receipt in order to officially accept and receive the prize. If the declared winner is ineligible or fails to execute and return the documents as required, an alternate may or may not be selected.
