Great relaxer
Ive heard most of my life people making others a cup of chamomile tea when they are stressed out or upset. I did t know it actually has relaxing properties. I drink it before bed and sleep really well. Never been a fan of flavored tea but Ive acquired a taste for this one and its easy to drink.

Best tea
Andrew makes the best teas. Ive tried them all. The tea does not get strong or bitter no matter how long you leave the tea bag in your cup. I can get 2-3 uses out of one bag throughout the day.

Subtle but big impact
I have suffered with insomnia for a long time. I had accepted 3 to 4 hours of sleep as adequate. My therapist recommended Chamomile tea after 4pm daily. This mix with peppermint makes chamomile tolerable. I drink it cold or warm. Love it! I do 2 other things, stretching and melatonin as well but without this tea I would not have gotten to 4 to 5 hours of solid sleep. Thank you Andrew and Co. for another wonderful product!!

Great Product
As mentioned in my other reviews, i recently started using andrew Lessman's vitamins and i am hooked. What i love about this product is that is has no additives . I take this first thing in the morning before heading to the gym it gives me that little extra energy leaves me feeling great all day. Will continue to use all his vitamins.

Very calming chamomile
I've only tried the chamomile so far but found it pleasant tasting and very calming. I drink it late in the evening and it leaves me in a perfect mood for sleep. The tea bags are large enough to make a pot of tea but can be used to make a single mug. One minor issue I have is that the bags appear to be made out of nylon; this means they can't be composted.

Really enjoy the Chamomile tea
I really like the chamomile tea. It has a great flavor, especially if when some honey and lemon is added. Not too sure about the peppermint tea. It genuinely tastes like peppermint, just not sure I like it. I will not return it, but may not purchase it again. I like the green tea mixed with peppermint very much.
