I ordered this slicer strictly to cut onions for my salsa and this slicer did not disappoint! I love it

I am so disappointed. I wanted this really bad had great need for it but the blades are so dull you cant cut a carrot and even an onion gets a bit stuck. Huge disappointment I dont even think its worth donating because no one else would want to use it. Return process is tedious and at my own expense. I took it out of the package without a close examination, or trying it out and tossed the box. When I went to use it, yesterday was wishing I had kept the box .

Worst product purchased online in my life. Package from USPS looked like it got stomped on 50xs. When this item was all put together I just knew it was a fail. 1. Item never got locked on my counter. 2. Handle would never stay on. Attempted a lemon and cucumber to shred into slices and it just never worked. Item in the trash.

I used it on St. Patrick's day to slice the corn beef and it worked great. Nicely made equipment.

I had a slicer before but it wouldn't slice my homemade bread thickly enough. I am looking forward to slicing roasts soon. It is simple to use and easy to clean. Just be sure to read all the instructions for your safety. It IS sharp!
