How to Use

Shampoo: For a "Good for You Cleansing Lather" Less is more. Soak hair thoroughly with warm water. Dispense 1/2-2 pumps, depending on hair length, onto the palm of the hand and emulsify by rubbing palms together. Massage in gently to create a lather, add more water after massaging into wet hair to boost the amount of foam. Leave on for 1 to 2 minutes. Rinse Well. Squeeze out excess water and follow with 2XL Fiber Lift Strength and Volume Conditioner for best results. Can be used several times per week, depending on your level of build-up.
Conditioner: Dispense 1-2 pumps, depending on hair length, onto palm of the hand and emulsify by rubbing palms together. Apply to clean, wet hair and scalp, focusing on mid-shaft to ends. Work fron the front of the head to the back, using your fingertips to create a gentle, circular massage over the scalp. Rinnse thoroughly with warm water. If you need more conditioning then volume: leave the conditioner in for 2 minutes and then rinse thoroughly with warm water. Big hair don't care? Apply the Conditioner to dry hair from mid-shaft to ends. Wait 1-2 minutes. Quick rinse. Shampoo and only add 1/2 pump of conditioning focusing on mid shaft to ends. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
