    Lovely

    I closed up an open ugly bookcase wall and placed this easy to assemble unit infront of the closed wall instead. It actually made my room look bigger! It's beautiful and I can't wait to use the heater in the winter! Only complaint was the color was a little more yellow than ivory in the pic but I wouldn't exchange it!

    Beautiful Fireplace

    I would definitely recommend this product. Easy assembly and doesn't look cheap. Looks very elegant. The only problem I am having is getting a replacement part because the top part of the mantel was damaged during delivery. Hopefully this issue will be resolved soon.

    Beautiful Fireplace!

    I totally love my new fireplace and so does my daughter. I purchased it for her. It is very good quality and was very easy to assemble. I love HSN!

    Love!!!

    I love this fireplace/book shelf. It is so pretty. I love the natural look of the flames. The only problem is that the heater never worked right for me. It starts to make loud beeping noises a minute or two after turning it on. The only way to get it to stop is to unplug it. That is inconvenient plus I really do want to use the heat. I will have to look into a replacement part even though I purchased it last spring.

    One of the worst purchases

    I bought this fireplace for our new home. It's $$$ so I expected quality. Assembly was a nightmare! The holes for the camlocks were too large, the directions were hard to follow and it took 3 of us over 2 hours to assemble. Now that it's together, it looks cheap and, it's not really white it's an ugly yellow cream color. When the heater kicks in it will beep after 10 minutes of use. I absolutely hate it. If I could return it with zero hassle I would. Worst HSN purchase I've ever made.
