Philosophy

I have used Philosophy for years and happy to see that HSN is selling the products. I love their cleansers . Especially the Exfoliating wash it's fabulous. I believe good skin starts with a good cleanser. I am 63 years old and get great compliments on my skin and people telling me I definitely do not look 63!!

Microdelivery

Love Philosophy! I have used microdelivery in the past, and was excited to get this smaller size with a pump! Sadly, the pump didnt come with it. Hence, the 4 star rating. Sell what you advertise, or put a disclaimer with it.

have been using this philosophy product for years in my morning routine, same great product. it did not arrive with a pump, what gives HSN?

Very Poor Customer Service

I love this product and would rate it 5 stars any day, but I have to bring up the poor customer service at HSN. First of all I ordered the 16 oz. size with the pump but received the 8 oz. without the pump. How on earth do you screw up something like that? I called customer service and was told that they would order the correct product and have it sent directly from the manufacturer. Three weeks later I have not received the replacement. Not even a follow-up. Unacceptable!
