    Love it!

    Just what I needed! Very easy to put together, and doesn't take up a lot of floor space. Very nice for scarves and lightweight jackets, robes, or bags. This was a good purchase!

    Highly disappointed!

    I have bought several things from HSN and never had an issue with anything until now. Bought this cute coat rack. Started to put it together and got 2 screws put in then the allen wrench wouldn't screw anymore in, like it was stripped or something. The screws were difficult to get in anyway but the tool not working didn't help and I didn't have a replacement one that would fit. I'm going to try to send it back. Very disappointed in this product!
