      Check AC plug before ordering

      Please do not order ac unit without double checking plug. I am newbie to HSN and now am frustrated. I have no idea how it works because it does not fit a regular plug. I guess if I was an electrician I would have known. Customer service was rude and zero help. Now even though I am a new and VIP customer I have to spend $135 to return something I cannot use. I feel like pics should be used or something. Never crossed my mind to check for certain plug on window unit. Don't want other online shoppers to go through this too. Sure it was great otherwise.
