Jet Tila Compact Glass Bowl Chopper
Who says great things don't come in small packages? Chef Jet Tila has developed a new small sous chef in the kitchen. His compact (1.25 cup / 10 oz.) 150W chopper features a glass bowl which won't react with acidic foods, won't stain and is easy to clean (you can even toss it in the dishwasher). He also includes three sets of stainless blades on the center shaft, which means that everything in the bowl will be chopped and blended uniformly. You can quickly and finely chop small quantities of ingredients like onions, garlic, herbs, nuts, veggies, or fruits, making it perfect for preparing dips, salsas, sauces, marinades, salad dressings, and small batches of pesto—where you need a consistent texture without having to pull out a larger food processor. Operate with a simple press on top for on/off or pulse, no complicated dials or touchscreens. He even includes a custom-designed scraper, to clean out the bowl and lid, so you can use the bowl for storage.
