    Yikes.

    This machine is going back. Very hard to thread. Upper looper has to be threaded through an eye opening. Clearance to thread the last thread guide is very hard to get to. And there is no machine light. Very hard to see what you are doing g. The hoop is very flimsy and does not hold the fabric well. Not what I expected at all.

    Great Beginner

    I have been wanting to get an embroidery machine for the longest time. Saw this one and the price was right. I've had it for a month and so far, no complaints. My advice is to read the manual and watch YouTube videos for troubleshooting. There's an amazing Facebook group of users that have been great for help too. So far so good! Also if you aren't tech savvy, this machine is not for you. You will have to use a tablet or your phone to work it.

    NO RETURN LABEL it costs $76.00 to return!!!

    I bought this machine as a gift for my Mom but the computer aspect of the machine was more than she could bare. So back it goes because I have never had to worry about HSN sending a return label. To my horror $76 dollars....What????? Never again! Bye HSN!

    Dont waste your money!

    This machine seemed great for the price, however, the dot customizer app doesnt work well with DropBox, iCloud, or email downloading. This was the worst for me. I missed out on getting the Brother machine so I choose this one instead. Huge Mistake! Dont Do It! The only reason I choose a star is because I had to in order to write this review! Run!

    My new machine!

    The sewing machine was ordered on 2/16/2021, arrived on 2/23 safely and in excellent condition. The starter kit (with the bobbins, thread, etc..) has not arrived yet, so I'm not sure if the machine works yet. The on/off button works well, and that's all I know right now.
