Product Description

Ankle weights are one of the best ways in which to add resistance to your lower body training, by targeting certain muscle groups. The leg and hip joint are like a lever and fulcrum. With the hip being the fulcrum, the farther away the weight, the harder it is to lift and balance. The same can be said for the knee joint as well. By adding a minimum amount of weight, the leg muscles must exert considerable effort to lift and balance the weights, which provides maximum results. * Before beginning any weight loss or exercise program, you should consult with your physician. Heavy-duty nylon canvas adjustable ankle weights Black Pair Adjusts from 1lb-10lbs
  • Caution: Consult your physician before beginning this or any weight loss or exercise program.

  • Results not typical. You can generally expect to lose up to 2 pounds per week with a calorie-reduced diet and moderate exercise.

    Weight 10 lbs.

I order the 10 lbs. weight(which are 7 lbs.???, oh well). There needs to be 2 straps, 1 toward the top and 1 toward the bottom, instead of in the middle of the weight. I think this would help keep the weights in place better than just 1 strap. I would have returned them b/c of the straps, but I'm don't to pay for the return shipping.

    Ehh not the best

The weights move and slip off. You have to use tape to your ankles to make them not slip off.

    Labeled wrong

I was looking for 10 lb weights not 2 5 lb weights. No where in the details did it say that. Sent back and ordered from Amazon.
