Chef Jet Multi-Stage Electric Sharpener
Every chef will tell you that great knives are a key component of successful cooking. If they get dull, they no longer serve the purpose, and a dull knife increase changes you might cut yourself. Chef Jet Tila has developed a multi-stage electric sharpener which takes the guesswork out of sharpening knives (and scissors and even screwdrivers). Most knives are comprised of two edges—one on either side. Chef Jet has four stages for each knife. First off, if your knife is dull, start with the right and left side coarse sharpening slots at the front of the machine. That will redefine the edge of the blade. After you've given it a few swipes, move to the back side, where you'll find slots for fine sharpening the left and right side of the blades, which is great for maintenance. A few passes on a regular basis will help maintain a sharp edge. As a bonus, Chef Jet has included slots for scissors and a flathead screwdriver. Plus thoughtful touches like an internal cord winder to retract the cord inside the base when not in use.
