Theanine 200

I have trouble falling asleep at night. Tried Melatonin but it gave me bizarre dreams. Theanine works for me, a little slower but it even works for me during the day and it just 'takes edge off' I use a number of Andrew's supplements and have found the quality excellent.

I take this about two hours before bed, helps me wind down.

I took myself off my anxiety meds and found that Andrew had herbal remedies for anxiety and a peaceful nights sleep. I had never heard of Theanine until looking through all of Andrews products. I have been taking this and Saffron for a week and I am in bed and asleep by 9pm every night. Im ordering more!! Now I dont have to take Tylenol PMs to fall asleep.

Although I purchased this primarily for myself, as I sometimes have much stress in my life to deal with, I had an idea. My twelve-year old mixed breed dog suffers from seizures. Although his medication keeps them down to roughly one per 20-30 days, I researched into the possibility it would help him. Sure enough! It relaxes me in the evening and allows me to wind down for the day to be able to get some sleep. From the very first capsule, I felt a calming effect. My doctor supports my purchase of this product. For the last few months I have tired Several Items to help me sleep. Nothing was working I would wake up so tired or I would want to sleep most of the day. But recently I moved an was putting my Andrew L. Vitamin in my cabinet an seen this Theanine. So I said What The heck I'll try this. That was a month ago an I've been sleeping threw the night I go to bed at 12 midnight an sleep til 8 or 9am. An I don't feel like I've been drugged when I wake up. Another vitamin I will be ordering of Andrew

Theanine is my go to for stress and peaceful sleep. I have tried other brands, when I needed them faster and even looking to save a little money. It was never worth it. Andrew Lessman Theanine has been a go to for me and I will go without before I try another brand.

I must say that I tried this on a whim. To my surprise, I noticed something different right away. I've noticed a change in my attitude and it also gives me a good night's sleep.

I bought this a few months ago but never used it and Im glad I didnt. I have had 5 family deaths in 5 years with the most recent one being a month ago. And it hit really hard. I took these out and have used them. Most especially because it does what it says and relaxes without making me sleepy. It has helped me to focus on the things I need to get done and helps calm me so that Im not so profoundly emotional and not thinking straight. It has helped me when Ive needed help the most.

This is an ingredient in green tea. It works well if I feel stress. I I have bought it for family members under stress. It is calming without drowsiness.

The energy just kind of slips up on you, no shakiness or hyped feeling. I just know if I take it before I start doing housework, I'm suddenly cleaning more and longer. Crazy. But I will say if your plans are to relax and do nothing don't take it. Because you will feel more relaxed ( not sleepy) and you might not want that. I'll always have it on hand for my Gotta get things done day!
