I was unable to To complete the assembly of the stepper because the holes for the screws weren't aligned properly. I tried for several hours and finally decided to return the item since it couldn't be assembled. HSN didn't offer a return prepaid label for this item, so I had to pay the cost to return the stepper which was very expensive. Will not buy any large items again from HSN.
