Great when on a rug!, (Turah1 FL)09/20/2018
I am currently cycling while watching tv. The cycle does slide on smooth surfaces, but on a rug it works perfectly. Helps me not feel like such a couch potato! Great buy!

Really fun!, (halleybell TN)01/26/2017
This is easy to use, easy to assemble. A great little exercise machine while just sitting around. It is also good for your upper arms when set on a table. Would be perfect for someone with limited abilities to use large strenuous equipment.. Perfect for shut-ins. My only complaint is that it sells cheaper elsewhere. Research a product before purchasing would be my suggestion.

My physical therapist gave this 5 stars!!!!, (KarenLaRae-1 UT)02/10/2016
I had knee replacement surgery and the hospital physical therapist mentioned it was helpful if you had an exercise bike. I didn't have one in my home, and had neither the budget nor the space for one.Several years ago I had physical therapy on my knee and they had some of these chair cycles so I thought I would give it a try.I had a home physical therapist for the first three weeks after my surgery, and he said this was one of the better, sturdier chair bikes he had seen. The important thing is that you need to have it against the wall or something steady so it doesn't move. I have found it very helpful in my home exercises and would recommend it to anybody else who has knee replacement surgery.

workout, (MrsTsally CA)10/03/2015
I love it. Even when I am tired from a long day, it relaxes me. The only thing is that it needs something to keep it in place, because it moves if it is not on a surface like a mat or rug.

SO CONVENIENT!, (happy178 CA)09/15/2014
This is a great item! I had a heart attach 1 yr ago and my Dr's. keep on stressng the importance of exercising. With this I can exercise at my own pace and privacy of my own home. I can use it while watching TV or listening to my MP3 and it is actually fun to use. I would highly recommend it!

Great little piece of eqipment...works well on arms as legs....without going though all the expense of a bike....

good , (hookedonhsn2011 NY)12/17/2015
good for me since I,m disabled and cannot use a regular bike. can change tension. loose a star because item moves when you use, had to by additional mat

Good little bike., (t-t2012 AZ)01/19/2021
I would have given it five stars, except it does slide on it seems any kind of material. The way we get around that is to brace it against something like the couch and then sit in a different chair and use it. doing it that way, it's worked well and has been able to give us a great little workout and is easy to just tuck away if you are like us and aren't able to do much assembly of equipment and don't have a big space for a lot of big equipment. I would recommend it.

Not Thrilled , (Burnslove CA)01/09/2017
I was hoping this cycle would feel a little more sturdy. It moves around as you try to pedal and the tension is not very much and is not smooth.

Needs non skid pads to prevent sliding. Otherwise it's fine.

Basic, (Momzluv9 NJ)01/23/2015
This is a very basic piece of equipment. Nothing fancy and not heavy at all. It fits the basic need to keep your legs moving while sitting down. Do not expect a workout.

Not Stable, (sheshe1857 MI)01/18/2017
I bought the Folding Exercycle after I broke one made by the same company. This one moves around too much to be useful. Don't waste your money.

Not happy , (Cari1943 SC)03/25/2022
Does not stay stationary!! Constantly moves even on a rubber mat. Tried a variety of rugs and mats and it still moved. Had to be returned.
