Granted mine came with a chip in the back barely noticeable, should be packed better. Yet I have moved 3 times over the last few years and used as tv stands, computer stands, and as a desk for working from home. I have 4 so far. I love origami products, they are heavy, sturdy, and hold heavy stuff. Return and replacement for damaged items is always free if you call customer service.

This is the 2nd desk I have ordered and highly recommend . High quality and easy to set up, will last a lifetime . Purchased for my 2 grandchildren to do all their work on Well worth the price

Luv the Origami products! This one received 3 stars only because the top of the desk was chipped and damaged in 3 visible places. If there was no damage, I would give it 5 stars! Assembly took less than 6 min ! Take a chance, you can always return it.

WHEN I UNPACK THE DESK TOP 3 OF THE CORNER WERE DAMAGED I WOULD SEND IT BACK BUT THE BOX WAS TO DAMAGE BUT I LIKE THE DESK ANYWAY...

The on-air demonstration implied this desk is portable or that it folds up easy when not in use. That is absolutely not the case. While it doesn't take up a ton of space when folded, it is two heavy pieces so impractical to fold up and fold back. It arrived with a gauge on the top which did not happen in shipping. And the instructions were not intuitive and the top had to be forced on (furthering the impracticality of storing it away when not in use). It is also wobbly.

The item arrived damaged and HSN does not provide return shipping or a label for returning the item. Upon researching return, for UPS the cost ranges from $1088 to $1866. For USPS, the package is too big to return. Therefore, we are stuck with a damaged item. I AM WARNING ANY CONSUMER LOOKING AT THIS ITEM.

After many months this was finally in stock. The desk was delivered and with holes and rips. After opening the box it was very apparent that was a USED item it has scratches, faded paint, and dust at the bottom of the legs. This is unacceptable for HSN. This had to be known as a used product. And it was shipped anyway. 2 weeks and I am still waiting for UPS to pick up the USED desk.
