Really nice, soft, fluffy pillow. However, no care was given when shipped. The pillow was stuffed in a makeshift box labeled as something else. There was no plastic covering and the tag was wrinkled. Someone obviously returned it and it was sent to me. Totally unhygienic. Makes no sense to return. It will be donated. Very disappointed.

I ordered this pillow for a Christmas gift, but received the Vikings striped on instead. So I called and told customer service, they re-0rdered and got the same striped one again. I wanted the plaid.
