I love the taste of this chocolatenuvo infact I put it to my oatmeal every morning. I dont want to be run out of this.

Useful and fun ways to use ChocoNuvo, very creative. I'll also substitute dark chocolate in some recipes to vary tastes. Please write more books like this as well as other cookbooks showing off your chef's training. Thank you, Muriel

I enjoy using and gifting Muriel's Cookbooks. I missed the first offering that was with the Choconuvo as I wasaway and so happy it is offered as a single item.This cookbook is extra special with original, uncomplicated instructions and recipes. It's probably my favorite as a choconuvo lover, because I've never made desserts so easy and original. I love love this book! Thank you so much Muriel and Andrew for sharing these recipes and I'm looking forward to more Cookbooks!

Since learning of the health benefits of dark chocolate, I prefer it. It is an acquired taste but I am trying to eat healthier so if I can still eat chocolate and be healthy, it was an easy switch. I'm not familiar with Choco Nuvo but plan to try my favorite dark chocolate bar in these recipes. The bottom staple is off center so the second half of the book won't lay flat so need to re-staple it. Got it on sale for half price, so worth trying it, if even for only a couple recipes.

Did not get any new ideas from this book.I am very disappointed.Can get better on line for free.
