Folate is hard to find and decided to order this. After doctors visit saw a great improvement in what was needed.

Was prescribed Folic Acid and it wreaked havoc on my stomach. Upon discovering that Methylfolate is the natural form of Folic Acid, I had purchased other brands, which were very large and hard, making them very difficult to swallow. Then I saw Andrews! The capsules are smaller than the large hard pills and so easy to take. The most important part is that I trust the quality of his products and the price point is good, and it has been much easier on my stomach! WIN, WIN!

Just bought because husband was on rx for folic acid.Had diff w ins company coverage, so I bought this.At the very same time, the ins co came w the rx, and now I have way too much! The rx is way less $ for same doseage.Haven't opened, haven't tried.

I was diagnosed with the genetic disorder MTHFR. My doctor recommended 1000mg a day. I used to purchase from his office. I have to take folate daily and was getting a clean supplement of methyl folate online until the company quit providing it. I was truly at a loss and a bit desperate as, again, I have to take this daily or in about 5 days, my body and brain stop functioning optimally. Since I already use Andrews multivitamin I looked for something and found this! LIFESAVER!!!! And its actually BETTER than the other one I used to take. I also combine this with additional Vitamin D from Andrew. Epic!!

I cut open the capsules and dump the powder into full casseroles or soups. That way each serving is not 100s of times the daily dose, much easier to tolerate.

I love Andrew Lesman vitamins. I like to get them when they are a TSV because of the cost. HSN please offer at least 5 or 6 value pays on these products. I know they are expensive and many people would buy more if we could have lower monthly payments. Thank you
