No instructions are included on how to change the filter? I will try taking the unit apart in order to figure it out. Please include instructions in the future!

I was very disappointed I did not get what was advertised, I went back to the on air segment just to make sure they stated I would get two filter replacements and sure thing that's what they said but you only get 1 filter and 2 pre-filters (I returned)

Purchased two packages of replacement filters along with air purifier on same day. All three items shipped on different days. Called HSN because no return labels received with either package of filters. Told that I will have to pay separate return fees because items go pack directly to supplier. Asked why this info is not made known at time of purchase and why I have to pay separate return fees on all three items. No logical answer to query. I will not purchase From HSN again.Zero rating
