This product does not deserve the 1 star reviews it has gotten here. The product works and works well. Be sure to do some of your own research. Since I have started taking this I have seen a very noticeable difference in my blood sugar. In fact it has become my go too supplement though I have tried many others that help some this product has outperformed them all and it has so many other benefits as well. I would caution it works so well if you are on medication for blood sugar monitor yourself.

I would like to address the comment on one review where indicated that this didn't support blood sugar levels. Did my own research on this. Found it does support blood sugar levels. Just ordered my second bottle.

My husband is taking Glycine 600 along with his Metformin, which was just prescribed three months ago. His blood work was improved and hopefully, in time, he will be able to get off his medication, with doctor's supervision. We will wait and see.

I looked up "Glycine" so I could discuss it with my doctor tomorrow and the description states "used for treating schizophrenia, stroke, sleep problems, cystic fibrosis" and "may also be used to reduce the risk of psychosis, cancer prevention and memory enhancement." I bought this for BLOOD SUGAR CONTROL. The front of the bottle says "Supports Healthy Glucose Metabolism." I'm not sure glucose control and schizophrenia are in the same boat!" Will no longer take if advised by M.D. Wow!!!
