Andrew Lessmans Maximum Strength Omega 3 capsule has helped me pull my triglyceride numbers into the normal range. Tried others before, with some undesirable side effects (fishy smell), and minimal lessening of health data. I will always include this product with my daily supplements and have recommended it to others!
