Ive lost 3 lbs in a week with the am and it does curb the appetite but you dont feel like your eating less. The pm is hood I dont use much but it is mild you dont feel drugged just general natural sleep.I do ask Andrew to separate the two for purchase as I dont need both bottles as often

I can finally eat ice cream! These are so much better than Lactaid pills. I love Andrew's other products so I thought I'd give it a try, especially after reading other reviews. Normally, I would have been doubled over in pain in the restroom within hours of eating ice cream, but I had no negative effects. I hadn't been able to eat ice cream in years. I've also been able to eat other things like enchiladas, cheese tortellini, and cheese cake.

Of which I am, you should try this. I've been using this for years, and it really works for me. Try it, and I think you'll see the difference.

Been using these Dairy & Lactose Tolerance Capsules for quite a while now and I won't be without them. I can finally enjoy Dairy..... In particular (and especially Cabot Cheese again). I found out for some, this intolerance sneaks up on you as you age but with the help of these capsules I'm able to enjoy what I love again.

I had actually placed the order again because the first order said delivered. I did the track ordered and it showed every step and claimed delivery...... I did receive the product 10 days later along with another item from Andrew. Wonder how this happened. Still not have the Cranberry....
