I love the shoe, but the sizing is off. They are also very stiff. I also received the item from the seller with no receipt or return label. If this is a new thing, I will no longer order from HSN. Easy returns is very necessary for this type of shopping & it has always been easy, if expensive.

These are cute but the size is really off. My left shoe is fine but the right shoe is so tight that I cannot walk in it. I tried to wear these on a short shopping trip to stretch them out. Unfortunately, the right shoe never loosened up. So disappointing because they are cute but a total waste of my money and now cannot return them. I never have problems with shoes being too narrow.

Everything was good but the length! Im a true 11M; they fit like a size 10M. Im sending them back. I dont understand why I will be charged $7.95 to ship back. Im dissatisfied with the product and have to pay fee for something Im not going to use. Very disappointed.
