Augason Farms 46-serving Dried Scrambled Egg Mix

I bought these for emergency storage, but wanted to also have them for a low cal alternative on auto delivery. They do have a very slight odd texture while chewing unlike real eggs. (which I expected) I recommend adding more water than egg. Otherwise it is like a pancake mix. Try adding Bragg Nutritional Yeast for flavor. Otherwise store for the end of times, (as marketed) then you will be thrilled. For NOW...ok..but seek an alternative.

I received 2, and both say 46 servings not 92. Same size #10 can. Someone needs to straighten it out!Cant taste it to tell, as for emergency use, so all I can say is it is based on 46 serving not 92 as advertized.

I love Augason farms whole egg product. But this scrambled egg product is really awful. It has a strange texture and taste, and looks nothing like scrambled egg when cooked. The container also came with two large dents near top of can. It was put in shipping box that way, because outer box was fine. Also, Augason farms products NEVER come with any kind of invoice. So, how do you return them? So, this product was a complete miss. Save your money or buy their whole egg which is great!
