Quick White Bean Hummus
Ingredients
2 cups cooked white cannolini beans, rinsed and drained
3 garlic cloves, crushed or finely chopped
¼-½ cup water
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
½ teaspoon ground cumin, or more to taste
½ teaspoon Hungarian paprika
1 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions
  1. Place the cannolini beans and garlic in the mixing cup.
  2. Process with the Mixxo until as smooth as possible.
  3. Gradually add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
  4. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
