Awesome for Gathrings
I bought this because I have a houseful for every holiday and usually do a lot of cooking. Although this does take a lot of oil, it's worth it. It saves so much time when cooking fish, fries, hush puppies etc all at the same time!I love it and recommend it to all who does a lot of cooking!

Wonderful fryer, cooks excellently
This double fryer takes 2 gallons of oil to fill; I used 1 gallon of oil which filled it halfway. I made homemade chicken tenders & frozen fries. The chicken came out perfect. The frozen fries took longer to cook than I expected. I feel the frier doesn't get hot enough to fry frozen foods, yet & still it works very well. I highly recommend it if you like things like homemade crispy fried fish, homemade fried chicken wings. Don't recommend if you want it to fry Frozen foods.

was ok.. but..
I cooked some parmesan chicken bites and they crisped really great and I couldn't believe it but then I cooked frozen fish, it came out good but not what I had expected. It was too big in height and little tedious to clean. I ended up returning it because not what I expected and it was waayyyy to expensive to return!! I didn't use all the functions so can't say much about that, but if you don't mind height then give it a try..
