Impressive Phone System

Ordered this system in rose gold and it is attractive in every room. Love the larger letters and numbers. It was easy to setup and add all my contacts. The clarity of each call seems like the person is in the room with me. I'm impressed that each call is announced and I can block an unwanted call very easily. This was my best buy in 2022.

DON'T BUY WASTE OF MONEY

VERY DISAPPOINTING. HAD TO HAVE THE SAME PHONE REPLACED BECAUSE HAND FREE SPEAKER DID NOT WORK ON EACH PHONE (2). WHEN USING THE HAND FREE SPEAKER, IT MAKES YOUR CONVERSATION SOUNDS LIKE YOU ARE UNDER WATER. AFTER HOLIDAYS WILL BE USING MY PAID WARRANTY TO GET ANOTHER PHONE WHICH WILL MEAN IT WILL BE THE 3RD PHONE. WILL NOT BUY ANYMORE PANASONIC PHONES NOR PRODUCTS.

One handset will not charge.

I have moved this one handset to every plug in my house trying to get it to charge. No such luck. I've had Panasonic before and it worked well for years. This problem I had immediately. Going to return.

great for awhile

this phone is very good short term, BUT STOPS WORKING OUT OF THE BLUE MONTHS LATER. I BOUGHT TWO BECAUSE I LIKED IT SO MUCH, BUT THE SECOND ONE DIED OUT WHILE THE WARRENTY WAS STILL IN EFFECT ALSO. GOOD FOR AWHILE, YOU MUST BUY WARRENTY.

Difficult to use

Needed new phones so ordered this set however the features are not easy to install. Directions are not clear. Calls are not accepted if you don't have them in your list so I am missing some calls from Dr's and others that I really want to get. Too late to send back so I will work these for now.
