TRUHAIR by Chelsea Scott® Color & Lift Thickening Fibers Refill - Red

I had read most of these reviews and was hesitant to order this. I had NO issue with unpacking and no spills occurred. I read the instructions, tapped the edge to loosen and worked on my bald spot. This actually works a lot better than my other canister, which has no adjustable tip and came out blotchy. This works better than I thought and evenly spread the powder onto my scalp. The only issue is like most reviewers, is that dark brown is NOT dark enough. Will mix with darker powder I have.

I have used this product before and it does cover. However, when you need to cover a large area, it is not the best possible product.

Due to thinning hair, especially on top, I as ready for anything! True Hairhit he mark. It fillf in and added thickness. So happy I took a chance.

It works. Need to practice a little. Using a come with is good. Wish it was a deeper red.

This does cover scalp show-through and gives volume to my fine thin short hair. It works best if you have a good, layered haircut.It does contain talc (I'm not sure if I should be concerned about that, but in a hair product I don't worry much). I don't like, though, that it's made in China.

So the product is hard to come out. I choose to tap the brush in the product. Otherwise I like the way it fills in the lighter spots on my head. I had to return for a darker color but now I am very happy

Love the product, hate the application.

Wanted to try a small size before committing. I have very thin hair, front and crown due to BC. I wear a hair topper with bangs and needed to fill in my front hairline. Used to use a spray fill in. This gives more control but once you apply its very difficult to diffuse. But, it stays put without having to use hairspray. So, start out with less and build up. I liked the coverage-hides my receding hairline. Comes off easy with shampoo.

I really like using this powder between coloring my roots. The one downside is the brush doesnt last thru the refill bottle. Maybe I applied too much pressure

Be sure you pick a slightly darker color to cover gray. This color is a much better match to my normal color.

Hard at first to get any of the coloring out, but when I could, it did work..Unfortunately making me see more gray hair then I thought I had. Wish I purchased one shade darker though.

It works! I have a scar on my scalp where no hair grows as a result of a head injury from a long time ago and Truhair disguises it. Over the years, I also have experienced some thinning and hair loss in the front and back of my hairline and this makes it look more full. If you look very closely you can tell but nobody is going to be doing that, except the person using it, you! And there was nothing on my pillow the next day :)

I like this product primarily because the brush allows for easy, targeted application and doesn't make a huge mess. I still recommend draping a towel around your shoulders when applying.I have very thinning hair with bald patches and this product filled them in and made my hair look fuller. The dark brown shade blended beautifully with my highlighted brunette hair.I'm giving it 3.5 stars because my hair felt really gummy by the end of the day. I'll probably only use it on special occasions.

I was afraid to try this, the learning curve is start with brush narrow. My hair color is 6N I ordered dark brown and it matches.

Brush makes it difficult to apply and difficult to put the top on again. A different way to apply it would work better.
