    Wasted an inordinate amount of time trying to get these to connect to my phone using the app. The App is very Frustrating and not at all intuitive. Despite my router confirming the device had a strong connection the camera couldn't read the QR code on my phone generated by the app. I basically gave up and will donate these to the Goodwill. Total waste of money!!

    I spent $300 in this camera 5 month ago thinking I was going to use it when I get my house which I did this month and its not working. you have to be very careful before purchasing. It required certain internet speed that is not an issue but it didnt work after I charged it and try to turn it on, and it wouldnt. Its simply not true that how they described it . Get it use it immediately and check .

    THE mounts on these cameras are defective. Eufy customer service sent me an email to send video of my 5 cameras did that. Then they want proof of purchase which I sent . Then they said sorry we are out of stock on mounts but here is our website to purchase them. Then send you proof of purchase for refund. Mind you my cameras are in warranty. If they are out of stock how come I can buy them for $15.99 each. Don't buy

    stopped working via solar charge after 4 months. Both stopped on the same day. go figure. always in direct sunlight so that is not the issue. They charge with external solar panel but that was not enough to keep them charged for a days work.truly unfortunate.

  • Eufy doesnt honor their warranty, (Bearess70 FL)

    Purchased 8 cameras in Apr2024 during TSV. June2024 one camera stopped working & found out water from rain had gotten inside. Contacted Eufy directly for their 12 month warranty. They are unwilling to honor their warranty, even tho HSN is on their list of authorized sellers. Now a 2nd camera doesnt want to charge from the sun. These cameras are not cheap and should last for years, not months!

    I tried for hours and couldnt get it to set up no matter what I tried to do. Very frustrating. I bought 4 of them and now its past 30 days and cant return it.

    I have not been able toset up these cameras yet. There is an app to download which has been so aggravating, since Eufy claims my e-mail address does not exist!Also, the hosts claimed that you never need to replace the battery. A little research says that the battery cannot be replaced and lasts less than two years. The solar recharging is a great feature but not the whole story.

    Purchased these cameras to use on outside storage house. They recorded movement once and stopped recording. After a stressful hour I decided to return to HSN. I had to call customer service because I was charged shipping and handling for sending back a defective camera. HSN you can do better than this, especially for your longtime customers.

    I purchased the Eufy S220 for my sister and was very disappointed. Spent much of the day trying to get a Live view of the area before attaching to the wall. Unfortunately could not achieve while trying to install. Will stick with my Ring products.

    Minimal satisfaction. Impossible for me to connect more than two. The outdoor alarm is disturbing and I can't figure how to turn it off. Need pass code everytime you want to see the image. Can't playback recordings. They make a picture but I wouldn't call it 2K. Solar seems to work.

    really wanted this to work but I cannot get it to work. even when it was in full sun all day, it won't work for more than an hour. sad but have to return.

    Had to return as cameras will not sync with my android phone, nor my notebook. Was told not made for PC laptops. Missed limitations while watching your tv presentation. Would have not ordered if I had known. Also, was unable to determine max. distance from home base to camera from eufy website.
