Bench 2 Table Convert-A-Bench with 5-Year Warranty

I sent one of these as a gift to my senior mother, and the first one arrived in "returned" condition, broken, missing all hardware parts and the box completely destroyed and retaped.So my mom who lives out of state, (I couldn't help her) had to take this enormous heavy box to drop off at a ups location and HSN sent and exchange.The next one arrived with hardware, but had a major part broken and loose in the box. It was the part where the pin going through to "convert" it so it was not usable

received today, in only 1/2 of the box. the parts had been bundled and taped together, no invoice, no instructions, no connecting hardware and a small portion of the box that had my address was taped to the parts.. Customer service told me to contact UPS, UPS told me to call the sender. After 2 hours on the phone, finally convinced UPS to pick up THEIR mistake, should never have been delivered in this state, The driver even took a picture of the mess they left on my porch

Purchased this set in Feb and just opened the box in May, I only received 1 bench, should of been 2. Paid $150. Hopefully hsn will send me the 2nd bench to be able to make the pick nit table. Not happy at all, this mistake on their part should never of happened. I feel I got cheated.

I bought this believing all the host is saying about this item :1. I won't get hot under the sun when you seat down - FalseI live in Kansas and it really hot here .2. Can hold up too 300 lbs- False It bend when my husband seat on it and that is 259lbs -False3 Before I both this I clear it to the customer services all this things including how many items am I getting on this price loud and clear say 2 sets pieces but came 1 piece. Now Iam sending it back for all this false info

We bought two of these benches. The first one went together fine. The second one did not go together there was a piece broken on the arm which makes it so you can't use the table or the arm. Call QVC they were going to give me a new one but they didn't have our color. We called and text the manufacturer many times. We have never gotten a response. No I will never order from this company again.. there is no customer service.

I was so looking forward to receiving this bench. Finally got it but the box looked like it went through a war zone. Opened up the box and low and behold I saw that one piece was damaged. I didn't remove any part of the bench for fear that other parts would also be damaged and then I couldn't get it back into the box. It's getting returned. I've ordered a replacement. Fingers crossed that the replacement will be fine. But what a hassle it'll be to return this giant and very heavy box. Ugh!!!

Love the bench!

Very very disappointed with this item. I didn't no that this was different than the one that I ordered from your sister company QVC. This was much smaller and also came to me dirty and it looked like it was water damaged. and had scratches on the paint. If I wasn't crippled I WOULD HAVE RETURNED IT!!! But to heavy for me.

I bought this in February and had it stored in my garage until the weather stayed warm in Colorado, and put it together this weekend and as I was putting the plastic dowels in to complete putting it together, the THIN plastic piece that connects the back rest and the seat, broke off. We are trying to super glue the piece, but it will break again because it is way TOO MUCH STRESS on that area of the bench, it will not be able to be changed from a bench to a picnic table.

Very disappointed! Parts broken and had to return

So disappointed. I ordered two of these - a big waste of $272.00. I ordered the gray and was sent brown. The brown is ugly, cheap looking and does not match my backyard shed. I am stuck with them. I am elderly and asked my son for weeks to open the big boxes and put them together for me. He kept waiting and now it is too late for me to return them. I'm stuck with them. I'll never order another big item from HSN again. So, so so disappointed!!!!!!!

Not correct the pieces are not the right length .

Terribly disappointed in this product. Very cheap plastic. It is not sturdy and strong. Very surprised that HSN would sell this kind of product. I would like to return this product, but the box got thrown away. Lesson learned!
