It uses two different capsule sizes - a large capsule for coffee and a small one for espresso. Centrifusion, a patented extraction technology developed by Nespresso, recognizes each Grand Cru blend thanks to a barcode on the rim of the capsule. The brewing parameters are read and adjusted by the machine with no need for you to change the settings. Use the included Aeroccino milk frother to make delicious cappuccinos and lattes with perfectly steamed milk.
