It's ok

I use it, but it's not exactly what I need. I'm 59 years old and have worked in agriculture for over 30 years now, my lower neck and upper chest have been irreversibly burned from the sun. I can use this product on my face but not on my neck and chest because that area is just too sensitive. I haven't found a product I can use on that area yet.

Must PAY to Return Directly to Manufacturer.

If I had known I could not return to HSN using an easy return label, I would not have purchased it. I called for a UPS label and they told me I must pay to return it on my own. Product is ok but overpriced at $35. Will keep only because it will cost almost as much to return.
