Zinger Power Foldable Chair

Great product.still trying to get my mom acclimated to it but its very easy to drive , turns on a dime and I can get it in and out of my car with ease.

I recently bought the zinger and I am so pleased with it. It is so easy to use and comes ready to ride. It is simply great. I am disabled and enjoy my zinger immensely. Thanks to the Zinger people!

Purchased in black. The chair needs a few tweaks. I'm not disabled; have an occasional back problem. Before buying this chair consider: the small basket is really "too small" to carry much; no clips offered to attach another basket e.g., on the back; your hands are required to operate which means you can't carry anything in your lap; the chair needs a lojack option, in case it is stolen. It is well made and exactly as presented on HSN. 47 lbs. is lot of weight, consider, e.g. Journey Zoom.

So far my husband is doing well using the Zinger . It takes a bit of a learning curve at first. He is able to go about the house with no problem. We are looking forward to trying it out at our local mall. Much easier to transport than our Rider that needs to be taken apart and then reassembled when we get to our destination. Overall,a good value.

The product is great and drives wonderfully, however - my mother, who is 80, could not work the side levers for moving it. She didn't like it. So, I got the product on free delivery, but had to pay $200 to send it back! Couldn't return to HSN. It is received from, and returns to, the company in California. So HSN could not help at all. So, I returned it, within the 30 days, but HSN has not refunded me or helped with the return. I got it on the easy pay, and just hope to get a refund, and stop $

Fast and lightweight and easy to carry around. Fits easily in car or trunk. Folds and unfolds with ease. Well built sturdy frame. Easy to mount from front but difficult for side mountChair handles well on dry flat surfaces. Unfortunately does not do very well if the ground is wet the drive rods slip on the wet rubber tires, loose traction and get stuck. Very slow in reverse mode and does not handle forward climb over 1, 1/2 inch door jamb very well as well as over bumps or raised concrete.

Th chair was nice and well built. just put in battery and ready to go and I thought did well with myself in the seat an I am 178 lbs. Would not go through a couple of our doorways in the home. it said it would hold up to 300 lbs. my husband is 260 and the wheels would not turn if the chair had been backed up. the wheels have to turn around to go forward and they would not with him on it. my carpet is not plush or pile. I would recommend if you are a lessor weight maybe 225lbs or less.

No manual or battery shipped with this product. None what so ever contained in the box that this chair was shipped in. I called HSN & they gave me a support phone number for Zinger. I don't think I had to do the homework for HSN for spending this much money for this chair. I did call them twice. Once for the Manual & second for the battery. We'll see what happens!!!!!!!

Overall it is a good mobility chair. It was not a good fit for me due to my own particular disability. I found it difficult to maneuver with the handles and if you have any difficulty with your hands this would not be the chair for you. When I returned the chair through UPS it cost me over $160 in shipping and had to ship the battery separate. Return labels are not done very well theyre very small. So if you buy this plan on keeping it.

This wheelchair was easy to assemble and rolls well on flat, smooth surfaces. It cannot handle even moderately difficult terrain; it struggled to go up a smooth, sloping driveway, and could not even go over the doorway threshold. The rider needs to sometimes get up and push the chair over the obstacle, so it is not suitable for disabled operators.

My chair has not arrived as10/30/24I need some help. It'll be time for payment soon with no zinger.Please help me.

Issues smooth speed. Over thresholds difficult and must be pushed or get out and push. 2 hands operation not easy. Manufacturer left 1 screw unfastened and 1 screw missing from one chair arm. While test drive reached for chair arm and moved as improperly assembled and my husband fell as off balance. HSN needs perform QA/QC inspections. Requested return label w/in 30 days from HSN and instead waiting for label US mail 7-15 days from vendor I did not purchase from. HSN needs manage this return.

This chair is a total rip off. Will not do anything the presentation showed. All terrain is a joke. Don't waste your money. Return shipping is very inconvenient and costly. Would give zero stars.
