Jay King Sterling Silver Labradorite Cushion-Cut Ring

I too was disappointed by the labradorescence. It did have gold flash on almost half of the stone but it was barely visible against the nearly black stone and only visible from one direction. So I could, if I twisted and turned my hand, catch a glimpse of flash but no one else could. If I turned it around, others might catch the flash but Id be looking at a dull black stone. Its not what I had hoped for and will be returned.

I read the reviews and thought maybe I will get a "good" one. Please listen to the reviews. I recieved a dark, dull stone almost entirely void of labradorescence. I had to shine a flashlight on it to catch a glimpse of labradorescence. So disappointed that this stone made it through a "quality check" to be sold as a piece of jewelry that Jay King would be proud of. I've lost some confidence in the brand. I returned the ring.

Jay, how could you let this go out as labradorite?

The ring I received looked nothing like the example. Mine was black. There were 2 small areas of blue. Also there were marks on it. That alone would have made me return it. Came in mail and sent back same day. I understand these are natural stones and I have many rings. The one I got wasn't a keeper.
