Curtis Stone Gravy and Fat Separator

This gravy boat works great. You poor your drippings in and push the button the gravy pours out and the grease stays behind when you stop pushing the button. Highly recommend.

Love this separator for gravy, makes it some much easier to separate fat from juices. This has other uses too, pancake batter, cupcake batter filler, and even frosting. Even if you only get it to make gravy, it is worth every penny. Easy to clean and dishwasher safe. My daughter stole mine and I have to buy myself a new one.

I buy a lot of Curtis Stone items, and this too is great. I use mind for making pancakes and waffle. So much easier and no mess.

It's already paid for itself with the first use. I was able to use it on lamb stew broth and it worked perfectly. Just delighted with my purchase.

This product is sold as a gravy and fat separator but I used it as a pancake batter dispenser and it worked great. I watched Curtis do this during his presentation. I will make pancakes more often since it wont be so messy.

I bought the Hunter Green and it's beautiful. I didn't buy this for separating fat. When I saw it being used for baking I had to order. Two days ago I made cup cakes and I had a mess trying to put the batter in those cups. I know this will be perfect and less messy. Plus this green will look so pretty during the Christmas Holiday Season

This is genius lol ! Have used it quite a few times now and it is perfect every time . Roast , chicken, pork drippings .. easy peasy to use and clean up is breeze . Sooo happy with this little gravy helper !!
