This has more power than we ever thought off. It tore thru our hard dirt n clay like it was butter. We accomplished tilling up our drainage system in a day and was able to get our drainage project for the property done in 2 days. I would suggest adding 2 clamps on bith side of the handle for better stability. We did and not once did we worry about the handle folding down on us.We are already working on our next project in our back yard because of this beast of a machine.

I bought this tiller in order to put a new lawn in. For years I wondered how to get my lawn even without the low/ high spots. In the past, I purchased yards of topsoil to try and level these spots..but after a heavy rain or snowy winter the result was always the same in the spring. This tiller works Great! It is easy to put together and use. It is powerful and handled the clay soil with ease. I found that if I went forward then pulled the tiller back towards me, it cut deeper into the soil.

This cultivator gets the job done! We put in a new garden and utilized some not-so-ready compost that contained some sod, sticks and heavy dirt clods and this powered through it. We had a 9 amp previously and it was ok but couldnt get through tough soil and minor roots. This 12 amp is easy to use and control as long as youre tall enough which is why I gave only 4 stars. Im 53 and its very difficult for me to use. Not adjustable. My husband thankfully has no such issue. Great price!
