I am thrilled I purchased this Pilates Pillow. It truly is a a game changing for those of us who have neck issues. Ive been doing Pilates Reformer for about 25 years now & always had to roll a towel & put it under my neck. Have had a reformer for decades and love, however, getting older I needed more support for my neck. The pillow is wonderful, wish I had bought one a long time ago. Very comfortable and would highly recommend.
