Returning
I was excited to get this product, but it was a big disappointment. The instructions were hard to follow. Water leaked every time and worse, the wheels just wouldn't turn. I got tired of lifting it about.

Great steamer
I had a handheld steamer that I loved for years, but really wanted one that I didn't have to fill so often. I love this one! It works perfectly for my needs. I haven't used an iron in many years.

Best steamer Ive used
Nice sturdy steamer. Puts out plenty of steam to knock out wrinkles even in fabrics that are usually more difficult to steam. We use ours in a small clothing boutique and it has held up to continuous use with no issues. Its nice to have the bars at the top to hang clothing while it is steamed. Steamer also stores easily and compactly. Would definitely buy again!

Unimpressed
I guess I thought paying a little bit more would get me a better product. I was dissatisfied because I tried to steam a dress which was 100% cotton on the linen setting and it didnt get the wrinkles out. I spent at least 15 minutes on it. I would rather spend 10 minutes to iron. I dont know how it would work with other fabrics. Not worth it.

Great Steamer!
This is the best steamer I have ever used. Right after I received it, I used int on 3 shirts that had just been washed and it worked like a dream, no spitting and no water spots, I'm very pleased.

Handy steamer
Good product, well made. Fits well in your hand. Not lightweight but not heavy. Water cup included measures the correct amount needed. Works well for me. Fits in my suitcase, another plus.

Not brand worthy
I wanted to like this iron because of the brand but it sucks. It is always leaking water and it does not appear to get hot enough to get a good press. I loved my last one the cord went out so I will have to try a new brand.
