    Absolutely Delighted!!

    I couldn't possibly be more pleased with these knives. Unlike the other reviewer, I didn't have any issues at all with these knives arriving here in a timely manner - in fact, they got here sooner than expected. These are beautifully made, quality steak knives. They're partially serrated, comfortable to hold, and perform perfectly. The price for these knives especially considering the quality, is a good deal. They'd also make an excellent gift.

    Poor handling of order

    I ordered this along with a full knife set and only got the full set. I looked at email one morning and see that the steak knives were returned. I never even got them sent to me, so how could I return them. Called HSN and they said they were no longer available and couldn't get them under any circumstances. A lot of good it did me to order them and never even get them. VERY POOR SERVICE AND CUSTOMER NOTIFICATION OF THEM NOT EVEN BEING SHIPPED!!!!!!!!!
