  • Do Yourself a Favor, and Get This Sharpener.

    I t has been a while since I purchased this quality product, but I wanted to see if it would stand the test of time. IT HAS DONE SO! I use stainless throughout the kitchen (including knives, which can be difficult to sharpen), and I wanted a narrower double bevel, so a significant regrinding was required. Taking my time, going through the three stages, and letting this quality machine do the work resulted in razor sharp knives that have eliminated the need for a serrated knife on anything other than a soft loaf of bread. I no longer use an oiled stone. When you amortize the cost of this product over the years of expected service, it's a bargain.
